When Vicki and I set about creating Willows Dental we asked just over 1300 of our existing patients what they wanted from a dental practice. We took this information and gave them exactly what they wanted. This is what we did...

The Willows Dental building
  • All our treatment rooms are on one level. No awkward stairs or narrow doorways.
  • There is lots of free and easy parking.
  • The treatment rooms are spotless and have screens with intra oral cameras so we can actually show you what we're looking at in your mouth if you want to.
  • Using the hi tech cameras we can do your check up with you sitting upright.
Our Policies
  • Customer service is paramount. In fact we have recently been nominated for Wolverhampton's best customer service award (click here for the best of Wolverhampton site).
  • We are the only practice in the West Midlands that offers every dental speciality under one roof. No more costly refferals to other practices for orthodontics, implants, surgery or sedation. Virtually everything can be done in house.
  • We are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week for emergencies.
  • All our staff are fully trained and registered with the general dental council.
  • All our dentists are chatty, friendly approachable, great with kids and UK qualified.
  • All our dentists undertake at least 50 hours of further training per year.
Finance
  • We are mixed NHS, Denplan and private practice so we can offer all ranges of treatments to everybody.
  • We offer 0% finance on all treatment plans (subject to approval- unfortunately we can't offer this on NHS work).
  • We take all major credit cards.
Entertainment
  • We want to make sure that both adults & kids look forward to coming to see us, so in our reception we have Nintendo Gameboys, flat screen tvs showing cartoons, etch a sketches, Sudokus and all the latest up to date magazines. There is a water cooler in case you get thirsty, and the chairs are those lovely tub chairs you just sink in to. All of our team are on hand, so if you need anything, just ask.
