I came to Willows to have my braces fitted. I loved the feel of the practice, and although the treatment looked like it was a little costlier than my previous practice, what I figured was that at my previous practice everything was extra – retainers, hygienist visits, etc. And actually if you added it all together, then Willows came out as much better Value!

I find the dentists and hygienists superb and friendly. No judgement, no lecturing, great advice. Excellent treatment , text messages to remind me of appointments and to check I’m ok afterwards. The emergency service although I’ve (touch wood )never had to use it, I’ve been informed form my friend is superb. Appointments on the day quick and effective. I have and will continue to recommend this practice for years to come. This is how all dentists should be. Great value and superb in every sense.

A fantastic practice with a lovely team, I see Vicki and she is the kindest dentist i’ve ever seen. It’s a great surgery and I love the fact I have my own set person to call if I have any issues with appointments or anything. I have sedation for most things, and the service is superb afterwards. I had tried whitening my teeth before at a beauticians who said she was qualified (since found out she had told lots of people that, and it was illegal) It was a nightmare, I ended up with sore gums and really painful teeth. My best mate told me to come here and I had the Enlighten treatment and it works and I had no problems. My teeth are lovely, the dentist Vicki even polished some of my own fillings and I got flowers and toothbrushes and extra whitening gel. I wish I’d come here first instead going to the other place. I used to be so petrified of the dentist, I’d left it and left it, after a bad experience when I was younger. My friends had been to the Willows and they said it was fantastic.
