Dr Neel Barchha
Principal Dentist – BDS Birm

Neel is the Principal dentist at The Willows. He graduated from the University of Birmingham. Neel genuinely enjoys dentistry and has a specific interest in implants, sedation, cosmetics and fine line reduction. In his spare time, Neel loves spending time with his 2 boys, watching movies and gadgets.

Dr Alex Punter

Alex enjoys all aspects of dentistry, particularly orthodontics and helping anxious and nervous patients. Outside of dentistry, Alex is very active and plays football and cricket. He also enjoys taking his Labrador for long walks and taking in the British countryside.
Dr Kirun Raj

Kirun qualified from Peninsula Dental School and is an established member of the Willows team. She provides all aspects of general and aesthetic dentistry and is particularly good at understanding the needs of anxious patients having completed her Dental Sedation and Pain Management training at University Central London. Kirun also offers a range of Facial Aesthetics treatments and has achieved some fantastic results for our clients. In her spare time, Kirun enjoys yoga and going to the gym, visiting new places and anything food related!

Ellie started her dental career by working and training as a Dental Nurse. After qualifying in 2016, she decided to further her career and trained as a Dental Hygienist at the Eastman Dental Institute in London, qualifying in June 2018. Ellie has recently relocated to the Midlands from Cheltenham. Ellie loves to spend time with her husband and little girl, playing netball, travelling and trying out new restaurants.

Known for her strong communication and organisational skills, Kimberly bridges clinical and administrative aspects of dental care effectively. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her Chihuahua, Rory, and attending Pilates classes. Kimberly’s dedication and approachable nature make her a vital asset to the team.

Merrie joined the team in 2019 as a dental nurse. She works closely alongside Principal Dentist Dr. Neel, providing skilled assistance in various dental procedures and supports Practice Manager Kimberly in ensuring smooth daily operations. Her dedication to her role contributes significantly to the welcoming and professional atmosphere of the practice.

Debbie joined The Willows team in 2012. Debbie enjoys seeing patients transform using 6 Month Smiles, and nursing for sedation patients. She also looks after our practice stock levels. At the weekends, Debbie enjoys socialising with her friends and family.

Chloe joined the Willows Dental team in August 2018 assisting our Hygiene team, and has a wealth of dental experience. When Chloe is not helping our Hygienists, she enjoys spending time with her family, and taking long walks in the countryside to feed the local horses.

Sophie, also known as ‘little Soph’ joined the team in 2023. You will find her working alongside our lovely hygienists. Outside of the practice, Sophie enjoys boxing and running and going on nature walks.
